If I could give this zero stars I would. The product has never worked since the day I received it. The camera took photos and saved them to the SD card but never transferred them. After talking to SpyPoint support for over a week, updating the firmware twice and hearing multiple times that I had to wait 4 hours for the camera to fully update, I gave up and told support that I was dissatisfied with the product and would either go back to Revain or Spypoint could offer me another model as a sign of good customer service. Spypoint agreed to the update via email and asked me to send them the faulty camera before they process the update. Well I took the bait, mailed them the camera (I paid for shipping) and then they called me and asked for my credit card number for the upgrade process. I spent too much time with them on the phone to end up doing nothing. for me and now they send me a broken camera, hopefully I can send it back to Revain in time. Overall I have nothing to say about the product as it never worked but I have to say the customer service is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend anyone to buy their products.
