My girls are mixed race (9 and 12 years old) with very thick, long, very curly hair. We have tried every imaginable brush and product. This brush is a game changer. One stays in the soul, and then everyone has their own. My 12 year old daughter knows how to do her hair! In the shower, she uses tons of conditioner, finger combs, and then brushes. After she goes out, she applies more conditioner and then combs and styles her hair again. There are very few rashes. What used to take 30 to 45 minutes to comb and brush, she did in 10 minutes. We recommend! I will say he tied her a couple of times, she wasn't a fan because it takes some getting used to but now she likes it.
