Non-working product

Screen was scratched upon delivery. I had to stop and send it back. His wife missed her very much. This is the third time I have replaced her screen after she dropped it. When I installed this, the middle panel didn't work. I took it apart and checked. A small crack on the plug was evident. I may have done this during installation but this is my third time on this and two others. I have requested a refund and will be sending it back. Let's see how it goes. I've bought others from the same seller with no problems so I'm hoping they fix that. Not all.
