I like how it is easy for all my team members (including myself!) to use this software because of its simple interface. It has made our work much easier than before with regards to managing multiple tasks at one time as well as tracking progress over an entire quarter or year without having to manually keep track ourselves. Sometimes we might have issues using their support system but overall everything's fine so far - nothing bad about them in particular either way though just make sure you're getting good customer service from your account rep if there ever needs to be any assistance regarding billing questions etc. We can easily manage several different task simultaneously within minutes instead of hours which was very helpful during busy periods where employees needed help immediately while also being able to see what other people were working on too.
