I've been using this display for over a year now and overall it works well. However, a few months after I received it, the touchport broke. After contacting Eviciv I was told I could return it, re-solder it myself or just leave it; The power connector can also be used for the touch screen. I chose the latter option and it was fine until I used YouTube while powering the display from my Raspberry Pi 4's USB port, which caused the display to lose power. Recently, the display also dims if the screw-shaped component on the back of the display is pressed incorrectly. I'm not sure if I can find a replacement. The user manual says lifetime support for any issues, but the thank you card that comes with it says you can get an *extra* free 1-year warranty if you leave a review. Overall, the display isn't the strongest, but customer support seems good.
