Classic hoop earrings were not to be expected. The description says "round" and "circle" but they are oval. The product image shows how they look right now, so it's not just the angle of the photo that makes them oval - they are oval. Circles are a specific geometric shape and they are not circles. I ordered the Style 1 earrings as hoop earrings for a 70s theme party and was disappointed. Not bad if you want big oval earrings but if you want hoop earrings look elsewhere.
