He keeps what he promises.

I've been using this little fan for a few days now and am pleasantly surprised so far. As you can see in the picture, there are 4 tiny LEDs under the power button that indicate the charging status (they only light up when you switch the device on, plug it in to charge or connect the device to the USB output). I connected the charger when it arrived and it was fully charged within a few hours. I live in Las Vegas and it's been VERY hot lately, even at night, so I decided to see if the battery would last with the fan on. Night. I put a fan on my bedside table and turned it on and even on the lowest settings I felt like it was cooling me off so I just left it running and went to sleep. When I woke up about 8 hours later it was still running and the battery still had 2 of the 4 lights on so there was plenty of power left in the battery. I also tried using it in my car while waiting for mine, my son and I were able to turn the car and A/C off because the fan kept me so comfortable not having to waste gas idling with the A/C on. That was a nice little money saver. I took my car to the store yesterday and had to wait 2 hours for them to run out so I brought my little fan to see how well it would charge my phone. I was sitting in the waiting room watching a CNBC show and my old phone was draining its battery badly so I plugged it into a fan mounted USB charger and it kept me going until my car was ready with no issues. The neck strap is great for carrying or using a hands-free fan. The higher fan speeds are surprisingly powerful for such a small fan, and except in a quiet room, the noise level isn't bothersome. I used it while watching TV and didn't have to turn up the volume at all. Remember you can't keep the fan running while the battery is charging, so keep it charged when you need it. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Looks good and doesn't feel flimsy. Nice little fan with no batteries that I have to buy all the time. I can charge it at home or in the car with the included USB cable and a useful backup power for my phone when I need it. Pretty good for the price. If I could make a suggestion it would be to replace the power button with an adjustable rotary switch so you have a little more control over the fan speed. If this could be done without a price increase, I would highly recommend this change. Other than that, it's a very cool little gadget. Hope it helps you to decide.
