ADD OCTOBER 1, 2018 The reseller was very responsive and replaced 4 Gel Brite white pencils from the original order plus an additional product to make up for my inconvenience. As far as I know, "Leak" was an annoying bug in the repository that has been fixed. If you can't use regular peroxide to whiten your teeth and you have the patience and perseverance, this is a very good product. It arrived today and I opened the package of the Dr. Brite Whitening Sticks and the stick was all wet from the liquid contents. Content was clearly leaked. The wand was stuck in the packaging and difficult to remove, so it must have happened before the packaging. Having ordered this product from another seller, I know it shouldn't be like this when taken out of the box. I've erased the contents of the flash drive and am wondering if it will make 20 more uses or what? (meaning how much content has been lost) This is a good product for me, non-invasive and whitening as you would expect from a non-peroxide product. I plan to keep using it. However, I would like to get a seller response to my "LEAK" problem?
