I'm new to cupping and wanted to try it as a modality without investing a lot of money. These mugs are durable and very easy to use. There are 2 sizes, 2 of each, and I have used both sizes in practice with great success. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who wants to try learning (or using) cans. I took an online course and he recommended silicone teats because if you accidentally suck, it only takes a second to resume (instead of looking for sucking to waste time instead of doing a treatment).
