I bought these glasses thinking they were the same as regular glasses but they aren't. They are adjustable, but no adjustments will help. When I first put them on I felt they were sitting too low on my face so I adjusted them higher but then the underside of the lenses cut into my cheek and wrinkled if I held them on for more than 5 minutes wore. There's also a spot in the center of the lenses that has a matte finish as part of the design. The problem is that when you wear them you will always see that little blurry spot in the middle of your eyes. I have 3 monitors when I work and when I looked around the screens the dull spot kept looking like a blur. When I tried to return these glasses after two weeks of use I was told they could not be returned so I would just avoid these glasses and spend a little more money for something that works and is sold by a reputable company that accepts returns accepted .
