I'm so glad I have this serving platter in my kitchen. Not only is it made of beautiful solid wood, but I've found many uses for it. When my kids are hungry, I can fill every area in my fridge and pantry with stuff for them to eat or have a quick lunch. When I'm having guests I can fill it with olives, pickles, artichokes, etc. or use it as a sampler for nuts, hummus, salsa, veggies - the possibilities are endless. I know I will be using this part a lot!
