I use them for running and they are a bit like slippers that look like running shoes. They're perfect for wearing when you need to run a quick errand or do something that doesn't involve exercise. I ran a few miles in them once and got a bit sore afterwards, they don't provide structured support and are not intended to be used in such circumstances. They look cute and although they are a bit loose I wear them often and would choose other colors.
