Bought almost three years ago. Have used it three times in that time. The reason was that it was literally a pain to use. It sometimes wouldn't close when opening, and pinching my skin when closing. So I kept it away. I was starting to shoot more outdoors, so this large modifier was causing problems. But today I was preparing for a studio shoot and decided to use it again. Since I've been using it for a long time (2.5 years) I wanted to make sure it would get the job done. As usual, it took several attempts before it stayed open. The light looked great and when I went to a session the shutter button didn't work. nothing I've done will close this thing. Not to mention I have a session I wanted to use this for. I should have taken the tip and returned it. but I got out of my head. Now I have this 48 inch dome in the middle of my floor. I have to cut it open so I can throw it away. money well spent.
