I was a bit concerned about buying another manufacturer's ink cartridge as I've had terrible luck with HP printer compatibility. However, the product arrived as promised and was previously indistinguishable from the original Brother product. The printer tells you it's not a Brother product when you check the ink levels, but unlike HP, it still tells you the ink levels. Having only replaced 2 cartridges out of 4 so far I can't give a long term rating but at this point it's a HUGE savings over Brother ink products with no harmful side effects. ITS WORTH IT!
