Review on Waitwhile by Kyle Awasthi

The ease of managing our guest experience using this tool has been amazing! Our staff love being able to easily update waiting lists as needed without having to call anyone or send any emails out. I wish there was an option where we could have more than one person manage queues but it's not something they've added yet so no complaints here :) We are currently trying to implement the ability to add photos/video into our rooms which will make things even easier when updating list items. This makes sure guests always know what time they should be arriving at each room instead of them just randomly checking-in themselves whenever they feel like it. I like how easy it is to manage my queue and keep people informed about their wait time. It's also very simple to add new features or change things around if needed. There are some bugs here and there that need to be fixed but overall, this is a great product! I highly recommend using this software. The fact that you can easily manage your queue and keep your guests informed is amazing. This has helped me solve our problem of waiting room management.
