I bought these to complement the Rigid Industries lightbar I already have. I have a 10" Spectral Beam and wanted something with more flow. I was planning on getting another hard light bar, but then I stumbled upon this one. I couldn't turn them down because of the price. I'm not happy about being able to mount them on the bed of a truck as a backup/work light. I installed 4 of these in the bottom grille of my Titan and wow they did their job. They look amazing and really light up everything around them. I know a lot of people use these types of lamps as a cheaper alternative to Rigid and I would say they are worth it. Build quality is good, not as precise and lacks some of the best materials Rigid uses, but at a price. They can't complain and I think they should stand up to most abuse. The color temperature of this light is around 5000K, while the hard light seems to be closer to 6000K. But from inside the truck, both appear to be pure white. They don't have the distance I get with hard light, but that's to be expected since the beam pattern is narrower on hard and the optics are better. However, they are much wider than Rigid. These lights will appeal to anyone looking to use them as their only off-road lights. You just can't beat the price.
