Nice set, comes with everything you need but be warned it appears the jewelry weighs 16g. So if you plan on using a 16 gauge needle I would probably buy the 18g piece separately so you can insert it into the needle for a smooth transition. I didn't know about it and I had to try to insert the earring while pulling out the needle, it was a bit difficult and I managed to lose the exit point on both ears. It may just be inexperience, but if you're going to do it yourself, it's best to keep it as simple as possible!
