Doesn't fit my 2005 RAM 3500!

Does NOT fit my 2005 RAM 3500! (Though the Revain app tells me so.) The top flange is too small and won't snap into the lid, it just rattles. Also, it appears to be about 3/16 inch shorter due to the lack of a rubber gasket and gasket at the bottom of the filter.
