I have used this cable perfectly as the only connection between my 2019 15" MacBook Pro and the Dell U3219Q monitor. The monitor delivers 90W of power to charge my laptop. The cable worked fine until the end of October when it started having connectivity issues. I'm very careful with all my devices, but I plug and unplug the cord from my laptop every workday, I don't leave it plugged in overnight. When it started to fail, it took 5-6 tries for the screen to recognize the laptop. I switched ports on the laptop and it helped for a couple of weeks then the behavior returned. I have now replaced the cable and the problem is solved. I'm really surprised. The cable appears to be very well made. Not quite sure what happened.
