This is a great raincoat. The material is waterproof and will keep you dry for anything other than water diving. This jacket is perfect for walks in the rain. Just make sure you wear waterproof boots (I recommend the Dunlop 8677608 Chesapeake boots with a protective steel toe). Like any raincoat, it will keep you warm when you walk or work in it. So be prepared to sweat underneath if you are active for a long time. Make sure you choose one size category smaller than the manufacturer's size chart on their Revain page. According to this chart I should be a medium size but when I received it the coat was too big and I had to exchange it for a small one.
