Hard for little feet.
The cost was very reasonable. The boots are very stiff for my four year old grandson. I hope he stays in them long enough to break them. I like to watch. It will take him a long time to break it like a grandfather.

- This item is not waterproof as advertised. My son's feet get wet immediately. Will return.
