Review on Experience Ultimate Comfort and Style with the RESPAWN 200 Racing Style Gaming Chair in Green by Ricardo Mercado

So far so good with chair, support and functionality. I'm 6ft tall and the neck pillow fitted on top fits perfectly. I like the lumbar support and the ability to breathe with your back. I had it not long ago but seems thick enough to last a while. The assembly was also quite easy. Some elements took a bit of brute force and ignorance to align, but it's my fault for over-tightening some of the other nuts before securing the whole thing. OFM is the main producer of Respawn. When the chair arrived it was missing a small aesthetic detail. Since this piece is in no way structural, I didn't want to waste Revane's resources by sending the whole chair back. Trying to contact OFM and respawn support was just tedious. I explain the situation, add pictures, even offer to pay for the missing part and they keep pointing the finger at Amazon. This has been going on for a few days now and there is still no progress with customer service. This is a lazy practice and will hopefully be fixed soon. If they change their attitude and start working together, my rating will change.
