Review on πŸ”Œ Cable Matters 10-Pack of UL Listed White RJ45 Keystone Jacks for Improved SEO by Peter Nobles

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy installation on the cable, even for beginners

We have plastered walls so wifi didn't work well. As a total newbie, I install them using TRENDnet's punch down tool with 110 and Krone Blade (you can probably find something less expensive here) and Cat6a Snagless Shielded (SSTP/SFTP) Ethernet Cable Matters. YouTube videos helped fill a gap in my knowledge of installation. More context for my use case: I ran a cable through the attic and used these Ethernet ports on each end to make them come out so I can connect a basic Wi-Fi router to a second Wi-Fi router that does that signal amplified. Overall it looks good and was pretty easy. The second base upped part of the house from 3Mbps to what we were already getting close to the original base, which was 60Mbps (ie gave us a consistent top speed throughout the house).

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Expensive
