Great engineering project. I had IPOW for about 3 years and it eventually broke. This trailer is much better. It is stronger, well balanced and easier to fix in the vent. My only issue is that it comes with minimal installation instructions. It's not hard to understand, but you need to know that you first need to figure out that you need to remove the lock nut, then slide the lock nut over the ball stem, then insert the ball into the socket, and finally tighten the lock nut. The photos of the installation on the Amazon website show how to do it, so no problem. However, my phone no longer vibrates like it did with the old IPOW mount.
