Don't waste your money
If I could give a zero rating, I would. I followed the directions to the letter (many of which I've done over the years) then waited two days to wash, I wanted to make sure it still looked good before giving it away. The app was completely wrinkled and peeling off at the edges. I now have money in the app and a gym shirt that cannot be used until I take it off completely. Please don't waste your time and money on this!
