These shoes run small - I wear a size 10.5 or 11 and the 11 fits me about as well as the 10. Having changed to a size 12 (no fuss) the shoes are lovely. respectable. Out of the box they seem a bit oddly shaped, but once I've put them on they're comfortable enough for me (I'm not picky about soles). Felt much better after wearing it. They are holding up well and looking good so far. Edit: after 2 months of wearing the fabric started tearing near the heel so I removed the star. In fact, this is what all canvas shoes usually do (all convert stars, etc.), but it came sooner than expected.
