I like how easy it was for our staff to set up this software, as well as using their support team when needed! It's very helpful in blocking spam from reaching my customers' inboxes. We are able to see exactly what emails were blocked by OSG, so we know which ones need attention before they reach them again. They also provide some reporting options if you would rather do your own analysis than have one provided through their service. There really isn't anything much about OSG that anyone could dislike - everything has been great thus far! If there ever comes an issue with any part of the system, customer technical assistance immediately responds and gets things back into order without delay. This allows us time to focus more closely on other parts of business operations instead of having to deal directly with such issues ourselves.
