This seems like a decent product and of ok quality. They could certainly use native English speakers for documentation and product descriptions. My only real disappointment is that you can't select a pattern from the 30 patterns available. They look cool on the wheel, but I'd prefer being able to cycle through and pick one pattern rather than be stuck with a new pattern every 4 seconds.
