Fairlead plate will not fit 2019 Polaris RZR XP 1000

I installed a winch mount and it fits but needs 12 spacer washers. The supplied screws are designed for different applications, which makes assembly difficult. The guide plate mounting holes are not the same as the 2019 RZR XP 1000. I will cut and weld to make it work. It's easier than removing and reinstalling the winch mount.
