Some people would rather buy a new car than do the job themselves lol Also, any store will offer you $2000-$3000. Since I couldn't afford both, I had to do it myself. So for a real product it was perfect for the original manufacturer with the same foam inserts. The material corresponds to the original. The only thing I didn't like was that the real tubes moved too much for my liking. idk if it was ok so i just smeared some sticky silicone around the fittings for extra insurance. I also didn't like that the pipes were a bit bent but once you install them and connect the heater hoses it doesn't matter as they straighten out a bit. It's been a few months now and my truck hasn't overheated, smoke hasn't come out of the vents and my carpet isn't soaked in coolant so I'd say everything is working and holding up well. A few tips: go to your local air conditioning shop and ask them to remove the freon from your system. Take lots of photos, label your screws, and place them in plastic bags. And last but not least: don't neglect your car! Don't pour tap water into your bike. Not even distilled water. Water in your engine after so many thermal cycles leads to electrolysis which eats away at your engine from the inside creating mineral sludge and rust. Good luck to everyone trying to get this to work!
