I usually wear US 18W and mine is 5.6 inch so I ordered 5x. The pants were a little short for regular pants, but cute, like capris. Although it is NOT off the shoulder I ordered a pink which fits well and a black (same size) but it is smaller and I was unable to get the pants fully on.
