I like these toners because they save a lot of money. When I first ordered them I wasn't sure if I could replace the chip properly, but HP toners are so expensive I thought it might be worth a try. Clear instructions with a diagram are included. The chip is very small so I had to use reading glasses to check alignment when inserting the chip into the cartridge. I found that tweezers were necessary to keep the chip steady. I later found tweezers in the kit (so next time I'll check the box first instead of looking around the house for tweezers). Once installed, the toner works great and the print quality is the same as original HP toners. I'm so happy to say I'm using this now. I'm glad we have such opportunities. A little more work to transfer the chip, but it's worth it.
