Works great - starts up fast!
I had a different brand of ballast that I had to change every 1.5 years. It developed flicker (even though I had anti-flicker installed) and eventually stopped working. Both, even when new, had slow starts and slow acceleration. This new ballast seems to launch much faster and brighter faster.
