I have a dead zone in my house where my personal gaming computer is located and running messy network cables is not what I wanted to do. Since I built my new computer this problem has gotten pretty serious and I need to fix it. I have tried a number of other products to try and get a network signal into the room but the signal has always been very poor and in some cases non-existent. I was about to stop looking and start running those nagging cables, but I decided to give it another try and bought an ASUS AX3000. The hardest part of the installation was opening the computer case. In fact, it was as easy as finding an empty PCIe slot, inserting the card, connecting the antenna, and turning on the computer. The device was immediately recognized by my operating system and my network wows were a thing of the past. The signal is strong, in fact a complete signal. Unfortunately, I can't do a real speed test at the moment because the WACS and SAT3/WASC cables are still waiting to be repaired. Once they are up and running I hope to do a proper speed test and update this review.
