Returned mine. It's not that it's bad, but this brand is overpriced. I found it cheaper to buy a new Konica along with a CMYK refill set than to replace four of them. The design of the printer is such that even if you run out of one of the colors, you cannot print black text and can only substitute black. Toner does not solve the problem. The cost of all four costs the same as a new printer with refills. You cannot currently find any DIY refills for this printer.
