Not great yet. The instructions provided are not clear. It should be easy to load and use, but I don't have a portable fan yet. #1 It took me a while to find charging ports. They are located on the edge of each fan. So I'm not sure if that means you have to charge each side separately or why there are 2 charging ports. #2 I charged it but after an hour of charging or more neither side works unless that side is plugged in. I've tried charging both sides and still nothing. I just opened up the battery and swapped it out, maybe that will help with charging. I don't know for sure because there is no indication of how this battery pack goes in. Also, nothing I did resulted in colored lights. No if it is connected to the network etc. There are no color indicators. Also nowhere put aromatherapy. i give it back waste of time. I've bought other personal fans but had high hopes for these.
