I've been buying one of your run of the mill brand undies (Hanes or FotL, can't remember) and not only are they all holey within 6 months but they've also been giving me terrible itchy rashes on my inner pantyline. So I searched Ebay for hypoallergenic underwear and found WingsLove. Got them quickly and wore the first pair to work (12 hour shift in an animal ER, could be great or awful). I was pleasantly surprised to find that these did not irritate the areas already covered with rash, and in fact after about a week or two of wearing these the rash is healing. The elastic is completely wrapped in the cotton fabric, so it does not come in contact with my skin at all. They do run a bit large.I purchased the 11 because 10 in the other brands was always too tight and rode up into a wardrobe malfunction, at work.but there is a lot of room in the seat and I have a lot of junk in my trunk so it's perfect for me. They do shrink up a little in the wash so it was good that they were a bit large. Two thumbs up from me, I ordered more because they're so comfortable, and threw out all of the others I had!
