What is the lid for?
If you fill one of these and then put it on a shelf, in a closet or some other place you almost never want to move, then maybe. But if you're filling one of these and plan on moving, long-term storage or stacking (NOT!) then I don't recommend it. ESPECIALLY for the price they are sold for. no Just buy a cheap 13" x 13" storage box and use it. It is not stronger, does not have more functionality and does not fold even with the lid. You are 100% better with white LP boxes. They're cheaper, hold about the same amount, and are designed for minimal stacking. These are simply rebranded cloth storage cubes at incredibly inflated prices.
