Update: I bought a second vest at the end of September 2019 and am MORE impressed! They UPDATED the zipper and made it a little bigger, easier to use. I just thought the zipper should be stronger. Now I'm an even bigger Gooby fan and I'm going to buy some vests for this winter! Note: Actual clothing is 3 inches larger than the size chart. -- Chart says size XL fits dogs with 19" chest, 17" neck and 15" length. -- My dog has a 19" chest, but size XL has a 22" chest. It measures as well 19" long. !-My dog wears the medium size perfectly. This is a snug fit. The clothing size is 19" across the chest. They say go up a size because some people say they run small. Me think this is because all dogs are a different shape I had to order two sizes BELOW - the chart told me to take XL, it fits M. I have a Rat Terrier mix and she is 14lbs.
