The duvet arrived quickly and was well packaged. I ordered a king size bed for my king size bed and the size is very large as you can see in the picture, it hangs far enough on each side that no duster is needed. The colors are very beautiful and brighten up the bedroom. As mentioned in many reviews, the background color isn't white, it's ivory or off-white. I was hoping the background would be white, but I like the color of the quilt. I washed the duvet on a normal cold cycle as soon as I opened it. There were no scuffs, it dries easily, the threads don't stand out. This is a lightweight duvet that pairs well with a cotton duvet on the bed on those cold nights. Overall I'm happy with the comforter, the comforter is soft but not too soft, but maybe after a few washes it will soften, so it's not uncomfortable at all. The blanket had no unpleasant odor when I opened it. I think you would be happy if you order this comforter considering its size and price.
