Review on πŸ‘ƒ 10 Pairs of Soft Anti-Slip Silicone Stick-on Nose Pads for Eyeglasses, Sunglasses, and Spectacles - Clear, Non-Slip by Ryan Frazier

Great solution to a difficult problem.

So I'm using progressive lenses now. Pooh. Due to the fact that I have a big head, it is difficult for me to find frames. After a long search I finally found a frame that fit my head, looked decent and was big enough for progressive lenses. However, after installing the lenses, I found that the bifocal reading range was slightly lower. I had to tilt my head to read. Not very comfortable. The frame was plastic and had no adjustable nose. I bought these nose pads to see if they would raise the frame enough to work for me and they worked great. I've read in other reviewers that the glue doesn't last long. These are "butterfly" type nose pads; the part is glued to the part of the frame against which the nose rests; while the other part of the nose pad wraps around the inside of the nose of the frame. The part that wraps around the inside of the frame has always been unscrewed. I just used a good pair of scissors and cut off that part; Leave the part that is in direct contact with your nose still attached to the frame. I've had glasses for two months now and they still stand out. The nose pads are thin enough to be invisible, very comfortable and really help keep the frame from slipping off your nose (an added bonus).
