This product has several disadvantages. We installed 2 blocks in a country house bathroom. It will not properly stream Sirius xm from the Alexa app. It freezes and cuts off the music randomly. Responds slowly to inputs. Revain's music works, yes, quite well. My biggest complaint is that we wanted to use the device without a switch. Always on, but then the app turns the light off. When the power goes out due to maintenance issues, the lights come on and stay on. (When they weren't there or when the renter was there) Customer service was rude and unfriendly. A good company takes feedback and sends it to their development team. Not this place. Juno's customer service yells at their customers that "this will never happen". My wish was for a function to be programmed into the firmware of the devices and the app that would allow the device owner to always switch the device on but control the light using the app. For example, a simple query that makes a unique feature readily available. If they had listened we could have bought 20 of these for the whole estate but no, instead they are stuck with a stupid and abusive people.
