Instant headache. The plastic mesh, very rough and uncomfortable, covers half of the pillow and looks quite unnatural when you try to put your arm or hand in it. And who on earth would stick a hard button in the middle of a pillow, right where the back of his head is? This pillow took one thing - a winged headrest - and surrounded it with absolute nonsense. Customer service sent an email asking them to "fix everything" even before I received the pillow. The? They can fix anything by making a new pillow.
