I love this charger. This is my second. I bought a double without realizing that this new controller I bought was different and didn't fit me. i was crazy It has a neat feature: when it's not in use, you can click on it and it will stop charging and turn off the lights. To charge, just push down and it snaps into place. My other stays on all the time. Light green light. The bad part. plain duracells have been in my black controller for at least 4-5 days and haven't died yet. The brand new battery that came with the black controller didn't even last the rest of the first night on a full charge. You spend more time charging than playing. I used it, can I return it? Without a box? We don't use it because the battery doesn't last. We've been using a white controller battery with dual charger from another company for a month now with no problems. But those silly new black controllers are rare, or new, or something that has a different charging port, buttons, and battery, battery compartment, and cover. I wish I had never bought it. Had to buy another 'regular' Xbox controller.
