Changing my rating to 4 stars. Product failed 1 week after warranty ran out

Product failed 1 week past warranty but seller reached out to me and refunded my purchase price. So changed my 1 star rating to 4. Customer service really good!

  • The adjustment knob is a bit hard to turn but once you set it everything seems to work great.
Cons
  • The unit is prone to rust and corrosion over time

construction materials and the correct threads for installation directly into bottle

Haven't used it yet, but I am impressed with the quality and material of this gauge especially for the price. I did purchase one for almost the same price which was greatly inferior to this one. Will write a continued review after I Haven't used it for awhile.

A very good product.

This argon flow meter which I purchased to replace a leaking meter that I had works great and the price was way lower than meters of lower quality. This metris actually well nade and I believe it will last.

causes extreme porosity in TIG welds

I was lately banging my head trying to find out what was causing extreme porosity in my TIG welds of mild steel. The vexing part of this problem is that it was intermittent. I could weld for a minute and make a good bead, then some porosity would start and destroy the weld. After troubleshooting nearly EVERYTHING involved, I replaced this reg with my old backup Miller dial regulator and the problem disappeared immediately. Does Job, Knobs Hard to Adjust

Product looks and works as advertised. Seems study and accurate. Only problem is that both front adjustment knobs are hard to turn, usually can’t turn by hand and that is disappointing. Instructions are one page and pretty useless. At this point worth the low to medium price range.

Great customer service!

I had some issues with the first regulator shipped to me. When hooked up to my kegerator I found myself going through CO2 faster than I should have. I reached out to the company and they replaced it under the warranty with no fuss and within a week of my email.The new one is working great with no issues. I use it with a 5 pound tank and recommend using a bungee cable or something else to tie it down as the regulator does make it top heavy.Bottom line is I would recommend using products from…

1st one arrived one arrived damaged. Best Buy sent replacement next day. Seems to pressure. Charged it and shut off valves in and out overnight. Pressure held, no leaks. Satisfied, will update inadvertently few months.

Works well for 2 keg kegorator

I had one that split into two and you couldn't adjust them individually. Got this one and so far after a few weeks, it works well and lets me adjust PSI for each keg individually.

Knobs are very difficult to turn by hand, especially at cold (serving) temperatures

I bought this to replace a regulator that required a screwdriver to adjust. I wanted one that was easily adjustable by hand. These knobs are impossible to turn without a wrench once they get cold, especially at pressures over 10 PSI. If you don't mind using a wrench to adjust pressure, this is indeed a good value for money. Just steer clear if you're hoping to get something easily adjustable by hand.

Much better than CO2PO junk it replaces

I had the CO2PO double body that came with my keg system, and they are JUNK! They won't hold constant pressure, and my blow out valve stripped out after tripping in less than six months.So, I bought this one, and so far, very impressed. It's built very solid, seals easy, and actually holds the fricking pressure you set it to! You'd set the CO2PO, and as soon as you opened your valve, pressure would drop. The expensive ones are mostly all made in China too, so- there's that.

Works well for the money.I had to mess with the sealing surface where it goes into my tank because it wouldn't seal.But with a little steel wool and some fiddling around, I got the surfaces to match and seal up.

Works but may not seal on some tanks

I had to change the tank connection piping from my old regulator to this one because the flare on the end was too thick and wouldn't seal in my tank. It wasn't a big issue for me but if I had been starting without another regulator I would not have been able to make it work. I don't know if the flare size is different on new tanks vs older tanks (mine is old) or if it is a manufacturing defect. Either way for the price I am satisfied with this product.

Appears to be well made, I have tested it .

Appears to be well made, I have tested it for leak down. I did this by turning on, using it. Then I close valve and let it sit for 30 minutes, rechecked and the same pressure shown on the gauge. I have not checked it at longer timed intervals . However after a day its lost all pressure.Not sure if this is acceptable or normal. Make sure you have all connections TIGHT, but don't go CRAZY tight!The ball is moving well and I hope its calibrated correctly. I have no way to tell.Otherwise seems well
