Works as it is suppose to!

Fuel shut off valve on 720 John Deere tractor. Had to fabricate a mounting bracket to install but never have worry about turning valve off or on again. Turns on with ignition and shuts off with engine,no expecting the needle valve to hold back full tank.

Pros
  • We use the valves for our salt brine spray booms. Work very well, and well crafted product.
Cons
  • Lasted 2 days under almost no use then failed. Waste of time and money

High quality product that works perfectly for my needs. I had some technical difficulties which the seller was incredibly helpful to resolve. I highly recommend the product as well as the seller, very impressed!

Lasted a day best in my review

Valve worked great for one day. then had to be removed from the system as it would not close. Big waste of my time. Buy a different brand. Returning this junk

So far, so good on my review.

Appears to work well in 10 months of sporadic usage. Using to turn on/off propane gas to my stove on a boat. It is my understanding that this valve is not for continuous usage in the on position. The longest I have had it on is about 8 hours of continuous use because I forgot to turn off the pressure after I used the stove. Typical use is about 10 to 90 minutes while we are cooking.

Super solid. Works on 12V DC. Works perfectly.

Great valve. I love that I can power it with 12V DC. It doesn’t like the cold that much, but that’s alright. I actually had a heated hose connected to it and the heat transfers which keeps it from freezing. Wonderful product works great. Thank you ☺️🙏

CAUTION ! Coil melted second TIME Almost started a fire in the back of the truck

Worked 1 time, second time coil melted almost started a fire in the bed of my truck. I was surprised how good of quality it is. And it worked perfect very easy to install.! DO NOT USE! EXTREME DANGER!

Not for continuous duty operation!

These DC solenoid valves are NOT rated for continuous duty operation. Operating them in continuous duty service will cause the coils to overheat and fail. The power dissipated by a 12 vdc solenoid in steady-state conditions (12 vdc applied continuously) depends on the DC resistance of the solenoid coil. For example if the DC resistance is approximately 5.0 ohms for the 12 vdc solenoid and with exactly 12 vdc applied the current is 12/5 or 2.4 amps. The power dissipated is voltage drop times the

Ordered the 12 VDC Solenoid valve, lasted 1 hour and then burned up. will not work for continuous operation. Worked perfect!

Regardless of wether it has power or not it will let water pass. I can blow through it right out or the box. Furthermore it started smoking after a few minutes.

Pulls too much current, gets too hot, but does work.

I bought this to turn on water for my outdoor sprinkler system. My goal was to attach it directly to the master port 24V outlet on my sprinkler controller so that I would turn on water only when watering. To make a long story short, it didnt work because the sprinkler controller could only handle 750 mA and this valve, by itself, requires 850 mA (950 mA during initial activation). I could of course use a relay, and I was prepared to do that, but then I discovered this thing also heats up way…
