This mask has become my favorite. This is a great way to add intensity to your workout. You can even turn a walk around the neighborhood into an opportunity to exercise. The fact that it is easy to clean and equipped with filters makes it the perfect mask for regular training. When conducting hypoxic training, it is important not only to wear it during training, but also not to remove it during periods of recovery. If you feel like you're not getting oxygen, it will be difficult for you to deal with, but deal with it until your breathing returns to normal. If you rip it off immediately after the set, you'll miss out on a lot of benefits!
