Not bad. Definitely better than some of the really cheap ones you can get with tie for free. The only thing I don't like is that the front decorative part is longer than the back part that attaches the tie. As a result, the clip sometimes slips off too easily, especially when it's too far from a thicker tie. Also, they must have a set of black with different patterns. I don't really wear gray or white
