Review on Kurt Adler Hollywood Nutcracker, 16-Inch - Wizard of Oz Edition (OZ6141) by Jessie Vrbensky

So this nutcracker is incredibly beautiful and would have gotten 5 stars consistently BUT I opened it up and found that the characters were completely insane. I was trying to find a way to contact the seller because for $100 I wouldn't have to tape the parts back. The box was in great condition so I know something like this happened either when it was packed in the original packaging or when it was shipped knowing it was broken. Parts could be heard with every movement. It shouldn't be that hard to contact the seller about something like this.
