I use this product from time to time when I was a teenager and I honestly think it's the best and most economical scrub. There are products that are 10x more expensive than the ones I've tried but work half as well. Sometimes simple, cheap things work best. I use this to exfoliate my face about once a week and usually use an after mask or at least a moisturizer afterwards. I also use it on my hands for keratosis follicularis and while it didn't cure the condition it reduced it and kept it under control when used in combination with a good moisturizer.
